English Garden Luxury Wedding Inspiration

With exquisite interiors and decadent architecture as a backdrop, a ‘Spring in the Park’ theme was selected to influence every aspect of this mini bridal editorial. What better way to welcome the budding flowers of spring and of new beginnings than this beautiful Spring Wedding vision? Pulling inspiration from cherry blossom trees and gorgeous buds of May, Love Lydia Weddings & Events, set the scene epitomizing extravagance with a traditional twist. 

An opulent table scape was adorned with crystal, antique-style stem candlesticks, small individually grouped, like-for-like spring flower bouquets teasingly arranged in crystal vases, tightly condensed to display the prettiness of a spring garden, with a gorgeous variety of white and pink tulips, anemones, and paper white narcissus. Dainty spray roses sat neatly at the foot of the ornately, extravagant explosions of beautiful blooms including phalaenopsis orchids, hydrangea and sumptuous David Austen roses standing proud in the tall arrangements created by Lilys Flowers. The colour palette of palest pinks, whites and greens leant itself perfectly to the style and blooms. 

Crystal backed ‘Chanel’ chairs in a cool white shade and the striking Venetian table provided by Essential Couture, completed the formal, yet enticing dining extravaganza. Lydia opted for ornate crystal and silver dinnerware to add the fabulous finishing touches, provided by Whitehouse Crockery, including charger plates, glassware, crockery, cutlery, and some exquisite, subtly tinted pink water goblets. 

Meanwhile, at the irresistible sweet table, the grandeur continued with an elegant and luxurious four-tier cake inspired by strong yet sophisticated, simple lines. With hand-made sugar blossoms sat on the cake stand and draping over, of palest green foliage and decorative palest pink moulded detailing and silver flecks, more orchids and roses hand crafted beautifully by Hayley Elizabeth cakes and accompanied in its majesty, by a duo of delightful mini cakes either side, this was a wedding cake of dreams. 

Magnificently elegant blossom trees added to the sumptuous décor, with vast spring branches hanging majestically over the gorgeous table scape, featuring an array of palest pink, white and mint hues that complimented the setting flawlessly. The stationery by Ananya Cards was given an extra sprinkling of magic with delicately, hand sculpted flowers and intricately placed crystals down the side, together with the opulent monogram with the intials SP, to reflect the ‘Spring in the Park’ – Stoke Park, theme of the mini shoot. 

The editorial featured an array of show-stopping gowns by Rosa Clara Couture, all of which were in keeping with the ‘Spring in the Park’ feel and a nod to ultimate luxury. PKB London was the talent behind the hair and make-up for our beautiful bride, focusing on an English rose feel with plenty of soft pink hues and a gently smoked eye, as well as romantic and dreamy hair. Glorious headpieces by Ivory & Co and beautiful veils by Linzi Jay were used to accessorise and add a fabulous finishing touch to the bridal looks. Our model Evelina, donned Freya Rose heeled bridal shoes with exquisite diamanté detailing, that boasted intricate embellishments that sparkled with a magical charm. 

With the magnificent Stoke Park as the setting, an incredible team of suppliers on hand and endless creativity, this mini editorial really was the epitome of ‘Spring in the Park’.
