The hotel is approximately 25 miles east of Oakland International Airport (OAK)
The hotel is approximately 40 miles northeast of San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

The best way to get the hotel is by car. The closest BART station to the San Ramon Marriott is far, especially for people traveling with heavy Indian clothes.

Is a ceremony flame allowed? Yes. For indoor ceremonies there is an $850++ fire watch fee (~$1150)

Where should you have your sangeet? Have your sangeet at the San Ramon Marriott. Alternatively, at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Milpitas, a nearby community center, or an Indian restaurant banquet hall.

The San Ramon Marriott offers ceremonies in blocks of 2 to 3 hours from 10am to 7pm. If your muhurat falls outside of the timeframe, complete the form below. The hotel may be flexible and/or there may be additional fees.

That’s 2 to 3 hours of actual event time. Your vendors get 4 hours for setup and and additional 1.5 hours after the ceremony for pictures. Altogether, 3 hours for a baraat + ceremony should be sufficient for most people. The San Ramon Marriott is very flexible. The San Ramon Marriott on allows you to hire an outside caterer from the approved caterers list. There are at least 4 Indian and/or Pakistani caterers on the list. Complete the form below for more information.

With regards to dietary restrictions, work directly with your caterer to prepare menus per your dietary requirements and the setup at the venue. Often there will be a separate buffet or section of the buffet for vegetarian, Swaminarayan etc. food.

201-320 Guests $2,400++ Facility Fee
321- 500 Guests $3,600++ Facility Fee
501 – 650 Guests $4,800++ Facility Fee

Reception: $37++ per person (with service charge and tax ~$50 per person)
Indoor Ceremony with fire: $850++ (with service charge and tax ~$1150)
Kitchen Fee: $500 for the outside caterer’s satellite kitchen
