Indoor Reception Venues at the Westin Mission Hills
With three ballrooms with capacities ranging from 30-2000 and numerous breakout rooms, the Westin Mission Hills can host your entire wedding weekend. From a hospitality room to a prayer room to space for a mehndi, haldi, maiyyan, jaggo or any other gathering.
The elegant Celebrity Ballroom with a 24-foot ceiling seats up to 1200 guests for a reception. However, this ballroom can be divided into sections so whether you’re having 100 guests or 1000 the Westin Mission Hills can configure their space for you.
The Celebrity Ballroom Foyer, attached to the ballroom is ideal for cocktail hour before the reception. The resort staff will setup cocktail rounds, scattered seating, bars and buffets, working with your outside caterer.
The Ambassador Ballroom features a 14-foot ceiling and is comprised of 7 ballrooms with seating capacities from 50 to 500 guests. This space would also be great as a hospitality room for the guests staying at the resort. For cocktail hour, the adjacent Ambassador East Patio is lovely for your guests to enjoy cocktails outdoors.
The Oasis Ballroom also features a 14-foot ceiling and at its maximum seats approximately 200 guests for a reception. This ballroom is comprised of 7 sections and is perfect for your pre-wedding events: haldi, mehndi, maiyyan, jaggo, as a prayer room.
Outdoor Reception Venues at the Westin Mission Hills
Masters Plaza is surrounded by tall palm trees and creates an elegant setting for an outdoor celebration. This venue can seat approximately 800 guests.
The Monte Luna Event Lawn seats approximately 500 guests for a reception. Treat your guests to a celebration under the stars surrounded by the beauty of the resort.
