Where should you have your sangeet? You could host it at the Doubletree Phoenix Gilbert or at an Indian restaurant banquet hall or other a community center. Some people opt to host a non-traditional get together at Top Golf which is also in Gilbert.

Doubletree Phoenix Gilbert and Muhurats

The Doubletree Phoenix Gilbert is happy to work with you on a ceremony time. They may not be able to accommodate early morning and late night ceremonies due to noise considerations.

Hindu Dietary Requirements

The Doubletree Phoenix Gilbert allows you to hire an outside caterer. With regards to dietary restrictions, work directly with your caterer to prepare menus per your dietary requirements and the setup at the venue. Often there will be a separate buffet or section of the buffet for vegetarian, Swaminarayan etc. food.

Where should you have your sangeet? Have your sangeet at the Doubletree Phoenix Gilbert or the Jain Center of Greater Phoenix, a nearby community center or an Indian restaurant banquet hall. The Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains has outdoor venue spaces that would be fun as well.

They do their best to accommodate muhurats. It may not be possible to accommodate early morning or late night celebrations with a baraat due to noise control, labor union policies, and city ordinances.

Jain Dietary Requirements

The Doubletree Phoenix Gilbert allows you to hire an outside caterer and even allows caterers to use their kitchen.

With regards to dietary requirements work with your caterer to customize a menu per your dietary requirements and setup at the venue. Often there will be a separate buffet or section of the buffet for Jain food. Ask your caterer to make dish description cards like the ones pictured below.
