Where should you have your sangeet? You could host it at the Arizona Biltmore or at an Indian restaurant banquet hall or other a community center.

Arizona Biltmore and Muhurats

The Arizona Biltmore is happy to work with you on a ceremony time. They may not be able to accommodate early morning and late night ceremonies due to noise considerations.

Hindu Dietary Requirements

The Arizona Biltmore allows you to hire an outside caterer. With regards to dietary restrictions, work directly with your caterer to prepare menus per your dietary requirements and the setup at the venue. Often there will be a separate buffet or section of the buffet for vegetarian, Swaminarayan etc. food.

The Arizona Biltmore and Muhurats

They do their best to accommodate muhurats. It may not be possible to accommodate early morning or late night celebrations with a baraat due to noise control, labor union policies, and city ordinances.

Jain Dietary Requirements

The Arizona Biltmore allows you to hire an outside caterer and even allows caterers to use their kitchen.

With regards to dietary requirements work with your caterer to customize a menu per your dietary requirements and setup at the venue. Often there will be a separate buffet or section of the buffet for Jain food. Ask your caterer to make dish description cards like the ones pictured below.

Closest Gurdwaras

If you prefer a traditional setting for your Anand Karaj, you could get married at a Gurdwara. There are two Gurdwaras in Phoenix. The Arizona Gurdwara and the Guru Nanak Dwara. Both are approximately 5 miles south of the Arizona Biltmore. You could get married at the Gurdwara followed by the reception at the Arizona Biltmore.
