Where should you have your sangeet? Have your sangeet at the Hyatt Regency. Alternatively, at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Milpitas, Kohl Mansion, also in Burlingame or a golf club such as the Crystal Springs Golf Club in Burlingame, a nearby community center, or an Indian restaurant banquet hall.

Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport and Muhurats

The Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport is happy to work with you on a ceremony time. Note that as this venue features all indoor space and many ceremonies take place in the hotel atrium, early morning and late night ceremonies may not be feasible due to city ordinances and noise considerations.

Hindu Dietary Requirements

The Hyatt Regency on allows you to hire an outside caterer. And they even allow outside caterers kitchen access.

With regards to dietary restrictions, work directly with your caterer to prepare menus per your dietary requirements and the setup at the venue. Often there will be a separate buffet or section of the buffet for vegetarian, Swaminarayan etc. food.
